This offering is designed to help folks find balance within so they can move through their days with more ease and flow, becoming present with what really matters.

Time: 7:15am - 8:00am

Location: Gonzales Beach

Cost: $150

  • Initial assessment before the start date of the series 

  • Personal health & lifestyle change suggestions emailed to you

  • Four community work-in sessions

  • A 20 minute follow up call at the end of the four weeks

What is Working-In?

  • Working-In is a practice that generates more resources than it costs to perform. You can expect a combination breath, movement, and self-awareness exercises, with flavours of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, guaranteed to leave you feeling better than when you started.

How many people are in the group?

  • There is a maximum of 6 people.

What happens in the assessment?

  • The assessment is a series of questions that can highlight the areas in your life that may be causing stress. These stressors could be mental, emotional, spiritual, physical or nutritional. When I see which of these areas are causing the most stress for you, I can create work-in sessions that will specifically help with the challenges you are experiencing. 

What kind of health and lifestyle suggestions will you make for me?

  • That will depend on what we see in the assessment - the suggestions typically relate to one or more of the six foundations principles which are thoughts, breath, hydration, nutrition, movement and rest. 

Do I have to do the assessment?

  • Nope!

I've never done anything like this before and I'm nervous. Can I still join?

  • Absolutely. A beginners mind is a very valuable thing and highly encouraged with working-in. Nervousness is totally normal and welcomed. Know that I will be present and guiding you through the entire practice!

What if I want more personalized programming and coaching?

  • I do offer personal lifestyle and movement coaching. We can set up a free 20 minute consultation to chat about what you're looking for and go from there.
